  • Observe crowds, entrances, and assigned areas
  • Use calm, respectful verbal de-escalation
  • Complete patrols and accurate incident reports
  • Follow post orders and supervisor direction

Minimum requirements

Age 18+, reliable transportation, a valid state driver's license, strong professional communication, and relevant business-development, B2B sales, account-management, or client-relations experience.

  • Prospect and qualify commercial, government, and event-security accounts
  • Schedule walkthroughs and present Frontline's service capabilities
  • Negotiate and close within company-approved pricing and contract terms
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, follow-up, and client handoff records
